- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on how much content you'd like created, how many platforms you'd like posts to go to, how many times per day/per week/per month you'd like posts to go out, how many emails you'd like in an email campaign, if you need branding, a logo, etc. The more prepared you are to discuss the details, the swifter we can get you a spot-on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet via Zoom. We'll discuss your project needs. I'll gather some information and see if we're a fit to work together. If we are a fit, I'll share my business services presentation and let you decide how you'd like to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Business & Spanish from Austin College. I have a Cybersecurity Security+ credential and a Scrum Master credential from Scrum Alliance. So I incorporate data security diligence into my work and master project management by exceeding timelines and providing outstanding communication.
