- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tutoring packages that give you a discount, and at different times throughout the year we offer specials (Summer, Back to School, etc.). Send us a message to find out about our current specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At E-Cubed Tutoring, our Academic Consultant will speak with the parent to find out how we can help his or her child. Then, we determine the best schedule and tutor, and get everything set up. If you are setting up sessions for yourself, you will speak with the Academic Consultant to discuss your goals, determine the best schedule and tutor to meet your goals, then set everything up. At the beginning of the first session, our tutor will spend some time getting to know the student and building a relationship. This helps you or your child feel comfortable with your tutor. After that, your tutor will complete a short assessment to see the student's academic level and then start working! If parents are comfortable, our tutors love to partner with the student's teacher to compliment what the student is learning at school.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tutors are all State Certified Educators with years of classroom teaching experience. Several of our tutors all hold Master's Degrees and additional Certifications.
