E-Cubed Tutoring is a small tutoring business Founded in 2017 by an educator. We are located in Texas and offer in-person sessions around DFW, as well as virtual sessions nationwide!
We provide a personalized experience for families that includes, engaging, individualized lessons for every student as we build confidence and a love for learning. To begin, you will speak with our Academic Consultant who will discuss your and/or your child's goals and match you with a tutor whose experience and expertise is best suited to your needs! All of our tutors are State Certified Educators with classroom teaching experience, and will work with you and your child's teacher(s) to create an individualized learning plan that will empower your child to become an independent and confident learning, and keep you informed of your child's progress along the way!
We are able to provide tutoring and enrichment in:
-Kindergarten through 12th grade Math
-Kindergarten through 5th grade Reading/Writing
-Kindergarten through 12th grade Science
-Dyslexia Support
-Spanish (all ages - children & adults!)

Stephanie is absolutely the best! We started with her coming into our home. Then we went to virtual and she didn't miss a beat. It was like she never left. I don't plan on ever using any other tutoring company for my 3 boys!!

Ms Singer is an excellent tutor! She came prepared with subject matter that engaged my son, spoke to his personal interests and she researched what she could do to support my son with dyslexia. In addition to subject matter she connected with my son, forming a personal connection to his tutor made my son want to see her each week. I cannot say enough great things about Rachel Singer!

Rachel is a lifesaver! Our son and daughter were struggling with keeping up with schoolwork during covid and Rachel helped them keep on task, understand subject material and she taught to their needs. Our son is 11 and our daughter is 8. Rachel taught them utilizing differing tutoring styles and they both love their “fun work time” with Rachel, as they call it. We fluctuate between 1-2 times a week for each of our children and Rachel has always been responsive and easy to schedule with. We love that she can teach effectively, virtually; she incorporates a love for learning, novel tools and sites that our children have been enjoying, even, outside of the tutoring sessions. We highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tutoring packages that give you a discount, and at different times throughout the year we offer specials (Summer, Back to School, etc.). Send us a message to find out about our current specials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At E-Cubed Tutoring, our Academic Consultant will speak with the parent to find out how we can help his or her child. Then, we determine the best schedule and tutor, and get everything set up. If you are setting up sessions for yourself, you will speak with the Academic Consultant to discuss your goals, determine the best schedule and tutor to meet your goals, then set everything up.
At the beginning of the first session, our tutor will spend some time getting to know the student and building a relationship. This helps you or your child feel comfortable with your tutor. After that, your tutor will complete a short assessment to see the student's academic level and then start working! If parents are comfortable, our tutors love to partner with the student's teacher to compliment what the student is learning at school.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tutors are all State Certified Educators with years of classroom teaching experience. Several of our tutors all hold Master's Degrees and additional Certifications.
