Franco with Cyclone CarpetCleaning came out to clean a carpet that I thought could not be saved. Not only did he save my carpet which was unbelievable to see after he finished. But Cyclone also was very knowledgeable and professional. Hi highly recommend using them.

We have used Cyclone 2 times before to clean our rugs and sofa. They just cleaned our entire ventilation system and were as precise and professional as always. Highly recommend!!

When we moved in to our house we assumed the shower would need to be ripped out and replaced however Franco did an amazing job on our shower restoration, saving us thousands. The shower looks as good as new and Franco even provided several tips to keep it looking that way. We couldn't be more happy and will definitely call Cyclone for any future cleaning or restoration needs.

I can't say enough about Cyclone Professional Cleaners. This is a family run business that truly cares about their customers. From my first interactions, I could tell they were true professionals. From the webiste, to the scheduling communication, to the timeliness and quality of work was all top notch. Then there is Frank (owner) who comes out to do the work. He was so great about making the job stress free for me (day before Thanksgiving). I didn't realize what my actual stone looked like before. He took great care and the floor looks like it was just installed! He went above and beyond in giving me advice on other surfaces in the house as well and their care and maintenance. I will be sure to have them back the next time my slate floors need steam cleaned and sealed.

The guys were quick, very professional, and, above all, they did a good job. This house has never had the vents cleaned, and we noticed a difference in our allergies the day after they finished.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have pricing systems for our full service cleaning company. We charge by average size room for carpet cleaning in residential homes. Air duct cleaning is charged by number of vents cleaned. Tile, granite and marble are priced by the square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly staff reaches out to customers over the phone or online. We listen to what their needs are and offer solutions to fit those needs. Delivering a good service experience is our favorite part of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2001 and have learned about non-toxic cleansers that work but are safe. We get training from other certified professionals and read industry magazines for the latest methods and treatments.
