What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees. Minimum project requirement is $100. We do offer a discount for projects paying cash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to understand what you are looking for is paramount to making sure we provide the best service at the best price. We feel this is accomplished easily with a quick phone call and sending us a picture or 2 of what you are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the Alarm and A/V industry for 10 years in the DFW area and have a large number of repeat customers due to our high quality of work.
