So thankful for GOAT Home Services. After our floors flooded, I was in a complete panic. J Smith came out immediately and helped us. He was extremely friendly and took good care of us. Got us all dried up and explained how everything would work with insurance and repairs. Highly recommend this company!!

We woke up to a flooded bathroom, dining room, living room, and kitchen. Despite being MLK day on Monday, Graham was at our home the same morning. Graham said that he would have a crew to us by the afternoon, and Chance would be our foreman. When Chance arrived he let me know what the plan of action would be. The first crew came in to clean up and remove the wet and damaged flooring and cleanup. Chance then let me know what the next step would be. Chance has been great to work with during this trying time and has communicated well with us. Chance is a GOAT!

I had a water hose burst in my laundry room and was unable to shut off the water either inside or outside, so after the plumbing company ( Willard -also great) came and did repairs and shut off the water etc they suggested Goat Home Services for restoration work and I am so grateful they did. Actually the owner, Graham, came out the same day within an hour of the flood and began the process of getting the water out by himself. It was a weekend, of course, but by early Monday morning the first team came in and started packing up my belongings and moving furniture and other items also removing damage baseboards etc and Tuesday another team came in to do some more packing and removing damaged things and start the drying process with fans and humidifiers. Then Tre and his team came in and every day, after that Tre came on his own to check the walls, carpets and floors. Everyone that came were professional, knowledgeable, and considerate most especially Graham and his partner and Tre were absolutely incredible. Also all the team members were amazing. Sorry for the long testimonial but I am beyond thankful for having this extraordinary company help me through this process. There just are not enough words to express my gratitude to Graham and Tre and all the workers for their amazing work and going above and beyond to make this bearable.

I had a water leak at my ice house during the ice storm and desperately needed some help to get everything back up and running. The team at Goat Home Services were so responsive. Came out and resolved the problem faster than any other company ive used in the past. I will only be using them from now on. Best experience in an emergency that I could have asked for! THANK YOU!!!!
