Last year I had a small flood at one of my properties. It looked like I would have to replace the entire primary bedroom and the newly renovated primary bathroom but that all changed. I called several companies but Same Day Mitigation had significantly better equipment and were able to work within the wall cavities to save the bathroom. They were so fast I was even able to save the carpet. This wasnt insurance so I needed a price guarantee up front. They gave me a guarantee, kept to the budget, and did so much more than I thought possible. It looked like it never flooded. Ill call them first if I ever have a problem at any of my properties.
