- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per session and it is dependent upon my clients' needs. Some clients do fitness only, other nutrition, some yoga and nutrition, other health and wellness coaching that requires fitness, nutrition, emotional work. Tell me what you need and I will be up front about all costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Session 1: measurements, food rules, paperwork, fit test. Session 2-the last session: brief discussion and note reading on the past days food intake. Adjustments will be made when necessary. Warm up, 20-30 minute workout, cool down. Measurements are taken monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am E-RYT 200 with over 4,000 hours of training clients under my belt. I have extensive experience teaching yoga, rehabilitative and studio Pilates, and personal training. I am a Precision Nutrition coach and as a former professional chef, I have created an incredible collection of recipes to inspire you with the nutrition piece of your journey. A personalized nutrition plan coupled with killer recipes that are affordable, quick and tasty is KEY to successful weight loss or improving your general health.
