FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and in line with current market prices. I don't try to be the lowest bid to get the job. I give you a fair price for the level of service I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book a date to take a look at the project. 2. Meet at that time and discuss all aspects of project. 3. A free estimate will be emailed to you in 48-72 hours which will break down all costs. 4. Respond to my email and we will set a start date. It is first come first serve. I bid multiple jobs to keep my business running. Those who respond first go on the schedule first. 5. I ask for the material costs and 1/2 the labor cost up front and the other half of the labor when the job is complete. 6. Follow-up email making sure the job is done to your liking and a request for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 of residential remodeling. 7 years trained by a master carpenter in Connecticut. Knowledge and skills for most aspects of any residential project.
