I really liked how she listened to what you are saying so that she can express it in her designs.Sep 19, 2018VerifiedLisa Pope Interiors LLC's reply
Thank you, Salena! It was such a pleasure to meet you and partners. Much success on your venture!
Lisa was amazing to work with, she was highly referred and was contacted when dad wanted to update his home. She transformed my fathers dated interior into a sophisticated but comfortable manly home that the whole family enjoys.Jul 23, 2017
Lisa is an extremely talented professional who is always a pleasure to work with. She is able to visualize design problems and offer creative solutions that help lead to a successful project. Her eye for color and materials selection is brilliant. We have enjoyed working with Lisa and look forward to working with her again on future projects.Jul 12, 2017
Lisa Pope made my project a true master piece. She took the time to listen to my ideas and wants and incorporated her design ideas and made it happen. My room turned out wonderfully better than I originally imagined! I will be utilizing Lisa Pope again and encourage others to use her service as well. Truly exceptional!Jul 14, 2017
Lisa and her team are very professional to work with, organized and on top of every detail! She tackled a mutli-room remodel at my home, Lisa's design solutions are stunning, I am extremely satisfied. I could not have done this project on my own, my husband was so impressed he asked her to handle his office remodel project.Jul 26, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Due to projects being so different, we base pricing on the scope of the project therefor we cannot give pricing over the phone. We have done flat fee, hourly, percentage of the construction cost (new constriction), price per square foot, lump sum or any combination of these, having a conversions regarding all the work, is how determine fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically like to do a phone interview to gain a complete understanding of the project, it makes establishing a fee easier, this is also the time to discuss timelines. Then we can set up a time to meet, I will have contract or letter of agreement to sign and we can get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an advance technical degree in interior design (equivalent to a bachelors degree) which allows me to be a registered interior designer in the state of Texas, with being registered also comes with the requirement to meet continuing education in order to keep that registration. Codes, trends, it all changes, Its my way of keeping up with all the ever changing rule and regulations. I also have the ability to sign and seal drawings needed to submit to a city for a building permit if your project requires.
