Our HVAC was breaking, so we called AirView. They came out the next day for a service diagnostic, which was very affordable. The tech ruled out a few potential problems, and explained his thought process, and how he finally confirmed the broken part. They gave us estimates for repair or replacement, along with pros and cons for each option. When I asked followup questions on saving money with a less-expensive unit, they were happy to give me that estimate and savings as well. No pushy or deceptive sales. Ultimately we went with the better unit, but I trust Airview for diagnostics, products, timeliness, and communication. The new unit came with both outside AC condenser & attic furnace & thermostat. They responded to some of my text questions even after business hours. When I missed the phone call from the installation tech, he didnt just give up - he tried calling me a few more times until I was able to answer, and I am so grateful. Also surprised at the cleanliness- they got my old attic furnace out and the new one in, and my house floors were so clean afterwards- no dirt, no dust, no screws, no scrapes. They must have used magic. Would 100% use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I was impressed from my first call to them to schedule the appointment. The a/c was out and its been quite hot. They scheduled me for the same day - I felt very fortunate as I had called a couple other companies that were too busy to come until later in the week. Dirk was my technician. He listened to exactly what I told him had been going on. The thermostat was stuck and I told him everything I had done with the Goodman customer service to get it working again - nothing was successful. Dirk patiently messed with it until he got it working, again. I was so impressed by him - he was calm and kind and got it fixed. Kudos for hiring an honest technician that doesnt get stumped and give up! Thanks! Janice

AC Pros was excellent from start to finish.We were nervous about choosing a new HVAC company because we worried about being overcharged or having a bad experience with the equipment or installation. AC Pros completely put those concerns to rest.From the person who answered the phone to the final technician who completed the inspection, everyone was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. This is the second time weve had a full HVAC unit installed, and AC Pros has now installed both of our AC units.Were very glad we chose AC Pros and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
