- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Trained in the Air Force in 1960. worked on main frame computers for IBM, then started working on personal computers in 1979. I have always liked working with computers and other electronics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Saved a customer's programs and data even after he had a failed hard drive. The drive was very slow and would not boot the computer. The customer had pictures of his children as they were growing up and he did not have them backed up on any external device. When we told him we had saved all of his data and programs, he actually became emotional. Don't be this guy, backup your data regularly
