This experience was great! Mr. Norman responded to my initial inquiry within a few minutes, came out the same day. Assessed the issue, told me my options and fixed my laptop. While working he let me know what he was doing and why! I went from a blue screen to restored service in a few hours AND kept all my files and pictures! He even had the necessary parts with him.
