FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the size and complexity of the job. I provide free estimates if hired, no hidden fees, and itemized quotes so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. I’m always willing to discuss options to work within a reasonable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk new customers through a simple, step‑by‑step process so they always know what’s happening and what to expect. 1. Step-by-step process Initial contact and brief call I start with a quick phone call or message to understand your project, timeline, and any special concerns, and to decide if a visit is needed. 2. On-site visit and evaluation ($65.00 service are required and will be credited back if hired) I come out to look at the area, measure, check access and conditions, and talk through options so I can give an accurate recommendation and price. 3. Written estimate and agreement I provide a clear, itemized estimate in writing, including scope of work, materials, schedule, and payment terms, and I answer any questions before you decide. 3. Scheduling the work Once you approve the estimate, we agree on dates, daily work hours, and how we’ll handle access, noise, and clean‑up so there are no surprises. 3. Doing the job I protect floors and furniture, complete the work as agreed, keep you updated on progress, and address any issues right away if something needs adjustment. 4. Clean‑up, walkthrough, and payment When the work is finished, I clean the area, do a final walkthrough with you so you can inspect everything, and then collect the agreed payment once you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty-six years of hands-on experience in drywall and building maintenance, supported by practical, job-based training. Over the years I’ve learned directly in the field from experienced supervisors and tradesmen, working on drywall hanging, taping, finishing, repairs, and related painting on residential and light commercial projects. I’ve also assisted maintenance supervisors and property managers, which has given me additional training in general building upkeep, safety practices, and working efficiently in occupied units.
