Tabatha was absolutely amazing! I have always been apprehensive on who I choose to clean my home. I’ve never had anyone who even compared to the quality of work she did. I really loved her work, I was a little skeptical at first seeing that she was new on here and I'm glad I did give her a chance bc mom house was a little messy and she came in and did an amazing job. Would recommend and will be using again soon.

Tried to give her chance based off her being new but that was the worst mistake. Purchased a MOVE OUT cleaning for 2 bdr 2ba. Which started it would take about 4 hours. However she only did a basic cleaning and did only 1bd because she booked another appointment 1 hr and 30 after me. The job was very rushed and inconvenience to my family as I stated before booking that we will be moving out during the process and im pregnant therfore she can clean room by room. She arrived late , which I let slide assuming that shouldn't affect my time with her. My husband asked her to about the other room but she stated she was always running late for her appointment. On top of that the counters were still dirty , front of the cabinets, microwave , and lot more thoroughly cleaned. Only noticed the toilet in one bathroom , tub and shower cleaned , and mopped (partially) in 1 room and living room ... not even kitchen. She texted asking for a review , and I didn't want to leave a bad review so we told her our complaints.... THIS IS WHAT MADE THE EXPERIENCE 10X !!! She gotten very hostile, rude, and defensive. My husband preferred she already do the remaining work since we did still pay full price for 2bdrs MOVE OUT. However she stated " that's a waste of gas coming back so she'lljust cash app us $20 as a partial refund" although when she was running late the day of she said she only was 12 minutes away... secondly she NEVER gave that refund , and ignored further texts. I WAITED FOR OVER A WEEK TO GIVE HER TIME TO SEND OR AT LEAST RESPOND. 20 dollars should not even be the amount for an additional room cleaning but that wasn't even the point. We know this just wasn't us overreacting when our neighbors, landlord, parents, and moving helpers all came by at different times and questioned her work too. Her customer service and work was super poor. This resulted in even more stress for me, and waste of money because we had to travel 4 hours back the next day and thoroughly clean the house to assure our deposit.

Im sorry for your experience. You wasnt completely moved out when we came in none of your rooms except the babies room and your bathroom. Your living area was still a complete mess i have pics and videos of the entire home before and after. You changed the time at the last min and i was still able to accommodate you with that and made it at the new time that you had request. You even asked me to make a walmart run for tape which i did as well. My worker even helped move things so we could clean and thats exactly what we did. Me and the wife did an entire walk thru of the home after the fact and everything was fine, you asked while i was leaving to clean your bedroom you just had finished moving as i was walking out the door and i told you i would love to but im already behind with my next client due too the things going on at your home. Once again i do apologize for the misunderstandings.
