By far the best vendor we worked with in our remodeling. They were early and finished the same day when given an estimated timeline of 2 days. Cleaned up the prep materials and also did a final walkthrough to make sure they liked the work. From recent experience that in itself is rare, definitely would recommend them to anyone who asks about paint.

We had an excellent experience with Painter1 of Dallas. They painted a large number of rooms in our home and completed everything much faster than we expected without sacrificing quality. The crew was professional, hardworking, and very respectful of our home throughout the entire process.
Their attention to detail really stood out, from the prep work to the final touch-ups. They kept the work areas clean each day and did a fantastic job with cleanup when the project was finished. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give outstanding customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, email or text from us to learn a little more about your project and to schedule your free estimate.
Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you.
To schedule your project, we will do everything we can to match your schedule with ours and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We will take care of your project from start to finish.
