• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We believe in clear and transparent pricing. Before any work begins, we’ll explain the recommended service and provide you with the price for your approval. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Pricing may vary depending on the type of lock, hardware, complexity of the job, and any replacement parts needed. If additional work is required, we’ll discuss the cost with you and get your approval before proceeding.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We start by asking a few questions about the lock or security issue so we can understand what you need and provide an initial estimate. Once we arrive, we assess the situation, explain the available options, and confirm the price with you before starting any work. After the job is completed, we make sure everything is working properly and that you’re satisfied with the service before we leave.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have hands-on professional training and experience in residential and commercial locksmith services, including lock installation, rekeying, lockouts, troubleshooting, and door hardware. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing locksmith training and practical field experience. I focus on proper techniques, attention to detail, and providing reliable, professional service on every job.
