I came to Thumbtack for some roofing help… Got some bids… Ivan responded in good time with details, answered my questions promptly and gave me a very competitive price! Nobody else compared or came close. He is professional, kind, timely and did a great job.. I will definitely call him for all my future roof work , gutters, fence and any outside the home repairs and work needed! I felt comfortable, heard and not ripped off as in many past jobs. Ivan from New Elite Roofing and Construction LLC did a thorough and very professional inspection of my roof today at my request. He arrived on time, was friendly, very efficient, and sent a very detailed report with many photos capturing his findings. After the inspection he used the photos to explain what he found and then made his suggestions on what to do next. In this case, he did not feel any repairs were warranted. I felt he was treating my roof as he would his own, not doing repairs until required. I truly appreciate his honesty and his insights. His inspection report can form a baseline for comparison in future years. I highly recommend his service.

Ivan Delgado was a pleasure to work with. When we contacted New Elite Roofing regarding our roof, he came the same day for inspection. He spent time with us to thoroughly explain the roofing we were interested in and gave us an estimate the same day. (We had also contacted a couple of other roofing companies for estimates. Neither of the others seemed interested in explanations or answering questions. And, neither provided the quick and complete service we were looking for.) Ivan’s foreman and crew had great attitudes and did fantastic work. We would use Elite Roofing again, if ever needed.

We have experience more than 5 year, working for another reputable Roofing company in DFW. Our Personnel has received all proper training with most relevant Manufactures Companies of Shingles like GAF, Owens Corning, TAMCO, Malarkey
