- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate system for most of my repairs. If some repairs need extra attention and parts, customers will be contacted first, and they decide if repair should continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our field you always have to learn and add to your knowledge and experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Other than the original problems, I usually take care of other known problems to any particular model. More of a refurbishing job.
