What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business tax returns start from $500 depending on complexity - entity type, number of states, and how clean your books are all factor in.
Personal returns start from $300.
We don't believe in surprises. Upload your last year's return to our secure portal and we'll give you exact pricing before you commit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You create an account in our secure portal (TaxDome), answer a few intake questions, and upload your prior year's return for review.
2. We call you to discuss pricing and answer questions. Once you're ready to move forward, we send an engagement letter and invoice.
3. You upload your documents and complete the Tax Organizer inside the portal — it walks you through everything we need.
4. We review everything, prepare your return, and send it to you for approval and signature.
5. Before filing, we hop on a call to walk through the return together and answer any final questions.
No chasing paperwork. No guessing where things stand.

Our firm is led by Tiffany Thien, MBA, EA - a licensed Enrolled Agent with over 20 years of tax experience. She specializes in small business, healthcare, and real estate tax strategy.
Sophie Nguyen, co-founder and partner, brings a business owner's perspective. She knows firsthand what it's like to sit on your side of the table and she's passionate about bringing sophisticated tax strategies to small business owners and investors.
