I’m so pleased to say that he came out as soon after he had finished his prior job, and he text me to let me know that he was heading my way as promised. He was very professional, and he took care to remove his shoes before entering my home. The problem was with the “HVAC”line, it was stopped up, and he was able to clear the line of the debris… I appreciate the effort it took him to fix the problem.
