Adam was punctual and respectful. He had my refrigerator fixed in 15 mins. Then with him being so helpful I had him check out my other LG that quit working last year and it now works too! He even took the time to diagnose my fireplace issue. Definitely recommend this technician! He provides tips on how to keep your appliance from acting up again also.

We had a refrigerator crisis that needed immediate attention. Adam came out promptly and resolved the issue in short order. The problem was a GFI which we had never had trip before and so we didn't even know we had one since the plug is in an inaccessible location. But Adam checked out the appliance, found it should be working, and so quickly identified the real problem. Two Thumbs Up!
