- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive for excellence. We aren’t happy until our customers are happy. Our discounts come into play if there are multiple projects we can complete along with initial projects request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather pertinent project information quickly through an initial email typically within the first 24 hours. We try to schedule all appointments within 72 hours of initial email. Finally after site visit, project discussion, pics and measurements will return a detailed scope of work and bid document along with a copy of contract document and deposit requirements. Most of these steps are dependent upon weather permitting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We collectively have 15 years experience in all types of construction with both residential and commercial customers. They are all equally important to our organization.
