We had Vent hood fan light switch replaced. Ethan was very diligent in his response, did a thorough investigation, recommended the right part to order, and once the part arrived came in and fixed the part. Price was reasonable and I would hire Ethan in future for any appliance repairs.

Ethan knows his stuff that's for sure. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and when the part was not in stock, he was able to order it for us and schedule time to repair it. When we had some electrical trouble a few days later, he was able to walk me through fixing it on the spot without having to come out again. It was a pleasure to have him service our dishwasher and will gladly call him again if we have any appliance issues. He certainly knows his stuff. A+++
