Technician arrived on time and assessed the damages. Come to find out it wasn't my dryer but the vent was backed up with debris from past tenants living here. Thank God I was able to get a refund from the property management company and it wasn't my dryer 🙃

Ethan knows his stuff that's for sure. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and when the part was not in stock, he was able to order it for us and schedule time to repair it. When we had some electrical trouble a few days later, he was able to walk me through fixing it on the spot without having to come out again. It was a pleasure to have him service our dishwasher and will gladly call him again if we have any appliance issues. He certainly knows his stuff. A+++
