- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my prices are reasonable and they are in conjunction with the quality of service being rendered. There are times when I offer seasonal discounts or free services for additional services or equipment. (ex: uplighting, fog machine, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new customer, I greet them with a professional and friendly attitude. I find out everything they want and need in order to make their event a success. I always request an open line of communication from my new customers in the event of any changes may occur. I ensure the customer of my availability to answer any questions and address any concerns they may have prior to their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No training. It took lots of practice working with the veteran Djs that showed me the way when I was ready to continue my journey for the love of music.
