I offer flexible pricing based on the customer's preference, I can charge an hourly rate or provide a flat bid for the entire job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin by discussing your project goals and vision for your excavation or building project, whether through a phone call, email, or an on-site visit. Our team then visits the site to assess terrain, soil conditions, and specific requirements to ensure the solution fits your needs and property. Next, we provide a detailed design plan and a transparent proposal that outlines the project scope, materials, timeline, and costs. After you approve the proposal, we handle any necessary permits and finalize the project schedule, keeping you informed throughout. During construction, our experienced team works with precision, using high-quality materials and adhering to industry and safety standards. Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction and provide guidance on maintenance or any follow-up needs. We prioritize clear communication and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise in excavation and building comes from over two decades in the field, starting in 1998 when I joined the Operating Engineers Local Union. I cut my teeth on the civil side of cell tower site work, learning the ins and outs of site preparation and construction through hands-on experience. From there, I moved into building homes, honing my skills and working with homeowners.. Since 2006, I’ve been operating heavy equipment, mastering the tools needed for precise and efficient excavation and building projects. Everything I know comes from the school of hard knocks, years of real-world challenges, problem-solving, and working alongside seasoned professionals. This practical, on-the-job experience allows me to deliver high-quality results tailored to your project’s needs.
