Introduction: Have you recently completed formal physical therapy for a surgery, but are not confident or feel ready to resume a higher intensity fitness program? Are you worried you may re-injure yourself as you resume? Are you fearful you’ll never regain your independence and enjoy the active lifestyle you once had due to an injury, headaches, neck or back pain? Do you need motivation and skilled guidance to start your journey to a better, healthier and happier version of yourself? I help active adults find their "Fountain of Youth," free from pain, without the need of addictive drugs, painful injections, or invasive surgery with lengthy recovery times. I can provide physical therapy and rehabilitative or corrective exercises, medical fitness and exercise, personal training, nutritional consultation, manipulations (similar to chiropractic adjustments) dry needling (similar to acupuncture), massage, tool-assisted fascia & soft tissue mobilization and body tempering. I can provide a combination of services in-clinic, on-site at your location and virtual training! I am mobile! Have table, will travel! Thanks for looking!
