- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We taylor our fees based on our clients specific needs, such as, Listing and Marketing a home For Sale is 5% sales commission based on selling price of the property and is split between Buyers Agent and Sellers Agent, Buyer Representation to assist buyers in purchasing a home is typically paid for by the Listing Agent of the home being purchased with the Home Buyer paying no additional fee for our services, Monthly Property Management fee= 7% of monthly rent collected Tenant Procurement including: marketing on over 50 different websites, marketing on MLS, screening, drafting lease, collection of deposit and initial rent amount prior to movein, & tenant movein coordination = 75% of the monthly rent amount x 1 month Service fees= 5% of repair amount per month Eviction Processing fee, including: Posting Eviction Notice, Filing Eviction Suit with the court, Court appearance on behalf of owner at eviction hearing and Filing Writ of Possession and coordination of forcible removal of tenant from dwelling= $250
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing with a minor in biology from Texas Womans University, class of 1987. I obtained my real estate agents license in 1995 and won Rookie of The Year at William Davis Realty in my first year in Real Estate. I obtained my Texas Real Estate Brokers license in 2009 and opened my own boutique brokerage firm at that time, with a focus on property management. I am very hands on in the business. I received a Historic House Specialist designation through Preservation Dallas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I purchased my own personal first home at age 30 and felt very helpless thruout the process, so I decided to get my Real Estate License to help people and eduate them through their home buying process. I am also really good at finding deals in the real estate market!
