Lead Fuel software is amazing. There is a small learning curve at first, but once you understand how to use it and customize it for your business, it becomes extremely powerful. My favorite feature is the ability to create invoices and send estimates on the fly directly from the app. This has significantly reduced my workload and helped me secure contracts faster.The Google lead system works exactly as promised the more funds you allocate for leads, the more opportunities you receive. The Lead Fuel support staff is also very helpful and makes time for you through their easy scheduling calendar.I highly recommend this platform. My experience with Lead Fuel has been very positive.Im not very tech-savvy, and before signing up, I was honestly a little afraid. But now I feel much more confident because of the support they provide. They offer live calls twice a day, every day, where you can jump in and ask any question there really are no silly questions.Its clear this program is designed for people who dont have a strong tech background. They walk you through everything step by step, in a very simple and easy-to-understand way.Ive been especially helped by Eric and Sam. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive. Eric, in particular, has been very patient with me, which I really appreciate.I joined about two months ago, and Ive already started getting inquiries from my Google Ads, which is encouraging. Im still learning, but everything is set up in a way that supports your business growthit just takes time to learn the system.Overall, even when I feel overwhelmed, theyve been very supportive and patient with me. I definitely recommend the program.

Im sharing my experience to raise awareness about Lead Fuel and how they treat both employees and clients.I was laid off last month after missing a single task (porting a phone number for a client). While I acknowledge the mistake, the situation needs context: there were only 3 of us handling 100+ clients, covering everything from onboarding to ongoing support. I was also handling calls and multiple client requests daily. The workload was simply not realistic, and despite doing my best and even being willing to extend hours, it was not enough given the staffing situation.After my termination, Josh asked me to send my invoice, which I did. Since then, I have not received any payment. I provided multiple screenshots from Time Doctor to show my work activity, but he kept focusing on that one missed task. I even suggested deducting the hours related to the issue or negotiating my final pay fairly, since I still worked those daysbut I received no response.From what Ive seen, the company prioritizes signing new clients over properly supporting existing ones. Many clients dont receive enough attention because the team is understaffed. There also seems to be high employee turnoverpeople are either laid off or choose to leave due to how things are handled.Im not posting this to attack anyone personally, but to share an honest experience and help others make informed decisions.

This is a classic virtual employee scam — After reviewing her timesheet, she recorded her desktop for over 40 hours. She provided no evidence of work, and once we discovered what she was doing, we terminated her for time theft.
