- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for our area. We offer a 10% discount to veterans. We charge a $50 estimate fee if you are outside our 15 miles radius but if you choose us we will roll that into the cost of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we will get the name, address, phone number and email. We will then set an appointment of the customer's convenience for an estimate or service call for repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a Responsible Master Plumber. This allows him to own a company and not just work for a plumbing company.
