Cannot praise Abc Appliance Repair (lead Aamir) enough!! Our fridge stopped cooling on a Wed night, I submitted an online request for service from Abc b/c their service fee ($69) was less than any other technician. Aamir messaged me right away, even corresponding between 10pm and midnight, to scope the problem. He then came out the next morning by 10am for inspection! During that time, he showed us how dust had collected up on the evaporator coils and needed to be cleaned off. Our compressor was burning hot and he recommended an external fan on the compressor over the next few days to get us through the weekend and see if the fridge could be salvaged. After the fridge again shutdown once over the weekend, Aamir was very helpful in providing his advice that we replace the whole fridge rather than spend the ~$800 on a new compressor. This meant that Aamir directly lost his income for the job for the sake of looking out for his customer! That's really exceptional consideration and prioritization of others from Aamir. So we paid $69 for a service call and multiple phone calls and text messages for insights to get honest advice. That's unbelievably affordable and great service! I cannot recommend Aamir enough and certainly will not hesitate to contact him and Abc immediately for any future appliance issues.
