David and Avri founded Atlas in 2019 in Austin, Texas. We are, two friends who grew up in Jerusalem, Israel and have been fixing stuff for as long as we can remember. We started Atlas with a simple goal: To provide professional, affordable and unique services for our clients. We love what we do, and we try our best to keep innovating in the field of repairs. We provide exceptional quality of service to our clients. While our initial mission for the company was limited to appliance repair, today we provide a wide range of additional services that include garage door repairs, home warranties and even small remodeling projects. We hold ourselves to a very high standard. Our team is made up of professional repairmen who go through ongoing training and development across all aspects of the field. Aurelio did a great job getting our freezer back up and running. He was upfront about the cost and was knowledgeable about the needed work to be done. I also asked him if he would take a look at our washer and dryer, and make sure they were in tiptop shape in which he did and serviced them very well, in fact, better than the Whirlpool tech they aren’t out years ago. I kept is card handy for any future work needing to be done on appliances.

These guys were great! Got here exactly when scheduled and wearing their masks. Cleaned out a tube in my dishwasher rather than replace a part that would have been more expensive. If the part later needs to be replaced, they said they will give me a credit toward that based on the work they did. I’ll definitely have them back to work on other issues that come up with my appliances. Professional, honest, hard-working.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a diagnostic fee to come out and fully diagnose your problem, this fee will be fully waved off with the repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time for an appointment, a tech comes out, diagnoses the problem and either repairs it the same day (we carry many parts with us) or wee order parts with fast shipping, and have it repaired!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Me and my business partner were fixing stuff for as long as we can remember, I guess it just evolved naturally (:
