5-star experience with Mike. Issue was not fixed on the first visit so Mike came out for free the second time and made sure everything was resolved. He was also very professional, had boot covers while in the house and was on time both visits.

Mike installed new pads and a new icemaker for us. There was an issue at first and the ice maker wasn’t working properly but he came right back and fixed the issue. Good experience and his pricing was much lower than some other quotes I received.
