Dwight did a fantastic job repairing our Samsung dryer! He provided a fair quote upfront, given that we ordered the necessary parts, and even showed up earlier than scheduled — which we really appreciated. Throughout the whole process he was kind, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The dryer is working perfectly now. We would absolutely use Dwight again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair!

Dwight is very professional and friendly. He is an amazing person to work with. He quickly identified the root causes of our issues and was able to fix everything. His prices are very reasonable. We had several appliances that were 5 to 10 years old, and they were starting to have various problems, which he was able to address. Each time he has come, he has been punctual and effective. Overall, his service has been excellent.
