- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary by event, hours to be working, distance, and party size. I am flexible with pay, and willing to compromise so that everybody is happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin by getting to know the customer, listening to their expectations for the service, and how they would like their special event to be executed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6+ years of experience in multiple aspects of customer service, a TABC, servsafe alcohol certificate, and I am a certified trainer at my job!
