FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to increased costs from Red Cross, I must now add the cost of Red Cross Certificates yo the cost of the course, this can be from $22-28 per person. My pro=ices are very competitive, many cases, this means I am making very little per student, but it is important to me to help train students in life saving skills. I now primarily offer training through the American Heart Association. The Cost of the card is included in the cost per person for this class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will confirm what their expectations and needs are, explain the process to them and set up a schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified as an Instructor for the American Red Cross in all First Aid and CPR/AED courses since 1975. Became a Heart Association Instructor in 2019. I have been a Certified Emergency Medical Technician since 1975, obtained my Tactical Medic Certificate in 2000 and have taught Combat LifeSaver to U.S. Military since 2006.
