- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe every successful project starts with understanding our client’s goals, vision, and expectations. Our process begins with an initial consultation—either in person or virtually—where we discuss the project scope, design preferences, functionality needs, timeline, and budget considerations. After the consultation, we evaluate the space (when applicable), review potential design and construction options, and prepare a detailed project estimate tailored to the client’s objectives. Once the project moves forward, we guide our clients through each phase of the process, including planning, design coordination, material selection, permitting (if required), scheduling, construction, and final walkthrough. Throughout the project, we maintain consistent communication and provide updates to help ensure the work progresses smoothly, efficiently, and transparently. Our goal is to deliver a well-managed experience with quality craftsmanship from concept to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines decades of hands-on construction experience with backgrounds in architecture, design, project management, and residential building practices. We continuously stay current with modern construction methods, permitting requirements, building codes, material technologies, and industry standards to ensure our projects are completed professionally and responsibly. We also remain informed on energy-efficient construction practices, aging-in-place and ADA-compliant remodeling considerations, and evolving design-build methodologies relevant to both remodeling and custom construction projects. Beyond formal training and field experience, our approach is built on practical, real-world project execution developed over more than 40 years of combined industry involvement. That experience helps us manage projects efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and long-term value for our clients.
