Very professional and timely with his designs. Me being non technical was able to describe and provide rough sketches of my idea in which Rico did a fantastic job bringing the idea to fruition. Would highly recommend. His prices were reasonable as well. Will definitely be using him for future CAD file needs.

I can't say enough about Rico! He started on my project right away. There was constant communication. He was very organized and sent updated spreadsheets as he made it though the 150 or so images I requested. I asked Rico to create a dxf drawing of a simple flat "stop" to keep the lid of a specialized product storage box from opening fully. Rico quickly grasped what we wanted and produced physical plastic prototypes (makerbot) of our design as well as two more solutions I had not thought of. Rico also produced a two dimensional drawing as well as the requested dxf drawing. Very much enjoyed working with Rico and highly recommend him to others in the central Texas area. His rates are very reasonable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with customers to discuss the details of the project. I then send an official quote for their records. once the project is completed to the customers satisfaction I will send the customer a final invoice.
