FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and straightforward. Every project is different, so I usually ask for photos or schedule a visit before providing a final estimate. There are no hidden fees, and I always explain exactly what is included in the price. For larger projects or repeat customers, I may be able to offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects start with text messages. I ask customers to send photos, measurements if available, and a brief description of the work they need done. This helps me understand the project and provide a preliminary estimate. If needed, I schedule a visit to see everything in person before providing a final quote. Once we agree on the scope of work, we schedule the project and stay in touch throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in home improvement and remodeling for more than 10 years. During that time, I've completed a wide range of projects including flooring installation, painting, drywall repair, trim work, accent walls, and full home renovations. For the past 4 years, I've been running my own company and managing projects in the United States. I take pride in my work, continue learning new techniques and products, and always look for ways to improve the quality of the services I provide.
