Bernardo and his team just replaced the LVP floors in my 2300sqft house and I couldn’t be happier! Everything from the initial consult until the end was smooth, easy and quick! Amazing responsiveness (Bernardo would literally reply at any time of day/night within minutes). The work they did is BEAUTIFUL and they finished in a couple days while keeping me informed every step of the way with pictures and videos. There were some issues with the installation of the floor that came with the house but Bernardo fixed it and made it look brand new! It’s really rare to find such caring, professional service. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about the work of Bernardo and his crew. From the very first message sent, Bernardo was fast, professional, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. He even used his experience to help us make some choices for our floors.
On the day, the work was completed way ahead of schedule, and at an extremely high standard. The whole team treated our home with respect and care throughout, and left behind beautiful floors that we know will last.

Bernardo was extremely responsive from the very beginning. We eventually decided to go with Kings Perez Flooring due to their quoted 2 day turnaround, as opposed to the 5 to 6 days we were being quoted from competitors. During the days leading up to the floorinstallation, Bernardo assisted us with purchasing the necessary tools, materials, stair risers, and baseboards. He was always very transparent when it came to the costs and provided detailed quotes. On the morning of installation, Bernardo and his team of 4 arrived at 8:30 AM and by 8:50 AM most of our furniture was moved, their tools were moved in, and the demo upstairs and downstairs had began. This was our first renovation so we were extremely nervous, but there was constant communication and it made this experience extremely comfortable. In a day and a half they managed to install 2000+ square feet of new LVP and baseboards. We were so impressed by the speed, quality, and efficiency of the work Kings Perez Flooring provided. My home feels refreshed. I would absolutely recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are affordable, discounts are available, and negotiable. Carpet removal fee can be waived, depending on sq. ft. of installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my customers a free estimate. I personally go and measure the area that needs new floors. Within 24 hours I send customer estimate for floor installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to learn and train by taking a class for Floor installation every 6 months. I enjoy learning better ways to satisfied my customers. I have 20 years of experience working with my same crew, installing floors.
