RIS Austin was very responsive to my requests, and worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed and who they should send. Brian arrived and was resourceful, thoughtful, timely and hard-working. He strategized with me on how to solve numerous problems with old or improperly installed tile. In 2 half-days of work, he transformed our kitchen floor and backsplash, plus a bathroom with some badly mildewed grout. When I wasn't sure what the scope of the work should include, he helped me figure out what should be done. In the end, the prices were more than fair, the work was done well and we have 3 rooms with drastically improved tile! I'm thrilled, and we keep RIS and Brian on speed dial.
