Mr. Russomanno was professional and punctual. I purchased the tile online and he and his assistant installed it. There was one minor event where he needed to come back and correct it. This was done with a minimum effort after I brought it his attention.

Nick is a great guy to have on your side when you’re ready to remodel or fix up. He was ready to work with us right where we were, budget-wise. He helped us get the most out of a partial remodel and make plans for how we could finish in the future. He’s very knowledgeable and open to teaching if you want to learn. Expect his work ethic to be like a top-notch business owner (since he is) and his demeanor to be like a favorite family member. I always appreciated his honesty even when there were bumps along the way. partial remodel work done: - Removed our 90s wall-length mirrors - fresh coat of paint and trim - complete shower remodel (that was the biggest thing we needed - think water damage!)

Nick was the only contractor that took the time to help us decide on the correct BOM, met us in person and went the extra mile to make us feel good about the changes to our bathroom that we wanted. He’s engaged, enthusiastic and clearly passionate about the work he does and delivering the best experience. We have another bathroom project to do and will be calling him back for that one as well. Bravo, Nick.
