- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers, where possible, to discuss their needs and make sure I can do the job to their satisfaction. Then we agree on a time frame so I can complete the job quickly and efficiently. From there I usually get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a kid I had to mow and weed my own place for the family. Our neighbors would ask for me to do their lawns and gardens. That was the foundation I used to build my own business many years later. In Australia I started with one customer and through word of mouth built it to over 50 regulars and many casual customers in 8 years. Now, here, I have started a new life and look forward to serving you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was laid off from a job of 8 years when the company decided to cut their work force back and, after trying a number of small jobs, decided to work in the great outdoors and do what I really enjoy... Helping people.
