- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service will be $15 higher than the ongoing rate for every 2 weeks, $10 higher for every 3 weeks, $5 higher for once a month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to see the yard before I service it, so that the customer and I can come to an agreement on the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been Mowing yards since I was 12 years old and have studied a great deal amount of what yards need to look successful.
