I came across one of Really Local Marketings videos on how to check your website for some special code that Google likes. I had been paying a local SEO contractor $500 a month for the better part of a year and still had 0 leads coming from my website from what I could tell. I jumped on the phone with Jase and was blown away by how he talked to me like a fellow business owner instead of a salesman. He explained to me about the competition in my market (roof contractor in Minneapolis) and told me that hiring him to do SEO would be a waste of money because my website was not going to turn a website visitor into a new customer. He jumped on a phone call and shared his screen with me and showed me the problems with my website and why my site was not ranking. On top of that, he showed me some interesting tools the he has that showed me that the SEO person I had was doing more harm to my website. Lastly, I appreciate that Jase didn't bs me by telling me he would guarantee me I would be on the first page. He explained about the competition and told me it would take me at least another 8 months before I could expect to maybe be on the first page. In the end, we decided that I should not pay anyone to do SEO on my website and instead we hired them to make us a better website. They even had a lease to own program that kept the price very reasonable. I strongly recommend Jase at Really Local Marketing if you think you need any marketing because he will tell you the truth.
After the website is built, I tried to upload some products, played with the theme and accidentally messed it up. The website doesn't load properly. I gave Frederick a call and he is happy to fix it for me. The best thing, Frederick is still be in service for one year after turnover the website to you. Overall, he is very knowledgeable with positive. I would refer him.

1. Anthony built our online store www.hillcrestrxpharm.xyz Anthony designed all of our print, virtual promotional materials and advised us on how to successfully operate an online business. He is an amazingly talented and innovative designer, we gave him 5 stars because of his work, exceeding our expectations 10-fold, advising us on online business operations, (the first 40 days, our profits soared, we have been running at 43.7% over projections since we met Anthony) and his biggest attribute is his negotiating skills in addition to his network (example, we have solid sources for our Rx suppliers) Anthony felt we were paying too much, (his commission is quite high for what he negotiates). His negotiating, cut our costs by 45% and suppliers who wouldn't negotiate, he introduced us to suppliers within his network who would work with us at prices which Anthony negotiated on our behalf. 2. Anthony does have his faults, he's not perfect, and an honest review, we feel should discuss the good and bad. Anthony is all business, his personality is that he is there to do a job, and that's it, he has no inner personal skills (thankfully his services don't include customer service, as he has little to no patiences, and God forbid if he has to repeat himself) 3. During our initial consultation, he listened and took notes, he is very forward. He told us he will research and complete the project the way he feels is best for the business, even if that finished product doesn't include any of our ideas and/or visions. Anthony required us, and said he requires all of his clients to sign an agreement "basically we gave Anthony, pre-approval on whatever he decides to create by signing his agreement." As Anthony doesn't do drafts and never asked for our opinion, after the initial consultation. Anthony did his thing and let us tell you, his thing is efficient, effective and kept us under budget (his work didn't disappoint, what we had hoped for). If you don't mind giving someone complete control, and having absolutely no decision making ability and the finished product, hands down the best for the cost, Anthony is the perfect choice. His work, and creativity speaks for itself, plus his business knowledge and network his are perfect, he calls and people actually jump. However if you have a vision, and want your ideas visual in the finished job (we would advise you not to use Anthony). As ultimately what we (his clients) wanted, seemed not to matter to him, he only cares about what is best and profitable for the business. My partner actually made the mistake asking about our vision, Anthony's people made my partner feel quite small. Reminding him that he signed full artistic control and creativity over to Anthony. A highlight in Anthony, beyond his creativity, is he and his team being very upfront and authentic, they explain what he does, how he does it and what your agreeing to before they accept your deposit (we had to put a deposit of 60% of his total estimate, only after we agreed to all his stipulations). The final bill for the online store and advertising materials was 23% under his estimate budget. My partner and I determined about 3 months later, we wanted Anthony to takeover negotiations for us, this is something Anthony is very good at, he knows wholesale vs. retail values and can makes deals with pretty much anybody. Personality wise he is much more human, and treated us like we had a place in knowing what was going on, as he did our negotiations for us (we never could figure out why). His fee in our opinion was high for negotiations but he earned it, saved us and continues to save us a ton in cost.
