Hired on Thumbtack

They were wonderful especially since I have a blind and deaf dog and they have experience with that. Always on time and I also think my neighbor signed them up to sit their cat. Great job by this company!

Details: Dog • 2 pets • Providing exercise • Giving food and water • Taking pet outside • Providing companionship • Short visit (30 minutes) • Three times a day • My home, venue, etc.

I would choose more items, but I'm only allowed three. We have complete trust in leaving our four cats in Chico & Chums' care. There have been many times when we've had family emergencies, needing to leave town, and they stepped right in to take of our fur-babies. Give them a try for your pet-sitting needs! I think you'll be as happy as we are.

We were so happy to have them care for our new baby while we went on our vacation. They new I was nervous about leaving him, and did everything possible to calm my anxiety. This allowed us to have a fun vacation without worry.Sending updates and photos almost every visit. I highly recommend them for your pets care if needed. We will definitely be using them again!!!

Our dog is excited to see Alyson or Jay every week. They are professional and always available to answer my questions. My husband and I trust them whole heartily with our big puppy Sherman. Jay and Alyson are very friendly towards Sherman. Thank you so much for everything y'all do for our sweet boy. I recommend them for pet sitting and walks

Sherman is the gentlest giant ever! He's such a lovey boy. We enjoy our slow strolls when we walk him, and he's so darn well-behaved. We love the big guy.

I LOVE CHICO'S AND CHUMS! Jay and Alyson are really special people. They truly love animals. They really care about what they do and it shows. They go ABOVE and BEYOND and have truly exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find people that you feel like you can trust to come in to your home and care of your fur babies, but as soon as I met them I felt completely at ease and I knew it was the right choice. I love getting pictures (great photography btw) and text messages about how my babies are doing. It really makes my day. They will always bring in any packages that were delivered to your door. If they have extra time, they will try to stay a little longer and play with them. They have a GPS so you can see what time they stopped by and how long they stayed. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. The best part is the super cute pictures Jay posts on Facebook with the pets they take care of along with a funny quote of what the pet is saying or thinking. Definitely check it out if you haven't already. Most importantly my pets love them and we trust them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
