I contacted Mars Hill to get some information on their process and costs of managing my rental property. Valerie Thedford immediately made an appointment to come over and see the house. She was there 30 minutes later evaluated the house made suggestions and exuded enthusiasm so I went with her. The house was on the market in a week and lease money starting coming in a month later. I would suggest that you definitely use this realty they are so responsive I left messages at other realtors and still haven't heard from them. Imagine what it would be like depending on them? I still have had questions as I'm new to the business and the response time has been awesome. Enough said ,choose this group you won't be disappointed.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Sribe. Rentals are a real headache at times and Scribe deals with things in such a way that most of the time things go so smoothly, the rentals are no bother at all. The times that things don't go smoothly, Scribe is there to help me through the issues.
