I have had a wonderful experience working with Sribe. Rentals are a real headache at times and Scribe deals with things in such a way that most of the time things go so smoothly, the rentals are no bother at all. I did not know much about the process since it was my first time as a landlord. The landlord collection was direct deposited in my account monthly so I found things very easy.
