I had a great experience with Phoenix Roofing. Tyler from Phoenix Roofing stopped by my house during the day and he was able to diagnose what was wrong with my roof. My husband and I were worried about how we would be able to pay for the repairs as we weren't expecting to have to fix our roof but Tyler was able to get with our insurance company to get the ball rolling. We still expected to have to spend some money but Phoenix Exteriors was able to get the insurance to cover the whole bill! The project managers were amazing and the process was really smooth. The construction only took two days and we were not displaced from our normal lives at all. I would highly recommend to anyone who is reading this. I don't write reviews often but I wanted to share this great experience because I didn't know I was even in the market for a roof repair but Phoenix Exteriors made the process so simple and efficient.

Our home received extensive hail damage this past summer. My husband and I called our insurance company and Phoenix exteriors at the same time. Phoenix exteriors came out the same evening of my call. They conducted an inspection around the entire house. They brought their ladder, and were up at the top of our 2nd story home in a matter of minutes. After about 30 minutes of inspecting around the home, they showed us the pictures of all the damage. Not only did they take pictures of the roof damage, but also of the other damage that the hail had caused to the screens, wood frames, pipes on top of the roof, and the central air and heat unit that were damaged as well. While up on the roof, they noticed sections where the plywood was exposed. So they got up there and covered it all up with a tarp. We had rain and more hail for the next two weeks that followed. The insurance company took a week to come out and stated they could not climb up to the second story due to liabilities. They could not fly a drone because our home is within to the miles of the airport. So, they had to hire a 3rd party company to take pictures of the damage, and they took another week to come out in order to assess the damage. Luckily, Dakota and his guys had already come out and covered up the sections that were severely damaged with a tarp. Dakota and his team took care of working with the insurance company and the 3rd party, ensuring that the insurance company was aware of all of the damage. They also handled the paperwork and ensured that we were within the requirements of the H.O.A. They submitted all the forms and resubmitted forms more than once to the insurance company in order for them to pay out for all of the damages. The best thing was, even though the insurance dragged their feet, Phoenix Exteriors did not. Not only were they excellent in dealing with the insurance company, but the quality of their work is also excellent. The new roof gives new life to our home. We are honored to recommend Phoenix Exteriors for anyone needing to repair or replace a roof. Once we picked out the color of the shingles and the type of shingles we wanted, they ordered the materials, delivered, and replaced our roof quickly.

10 stars not enough. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Thinking about selling house and insurance does not cover minor wind damage on roof, so when the doorbell rang and Dan Lardy of PHOENIX Exteriors was there, I listened. We talked and he said he would be back in a couple of days. He returned in two days, I asked for a quote and he said, no charge, we do freebies once in a while, and will be back first of next week. I am in shock and a bit skeptical. Rained Monday and Tues. and on Wed. I returned from errands to find 4 smiling guys on my roof repairing it. These guys are honest, efficient, trustworthy and experts at what they do. They also have a heart. What else can I say. You cant go wrong with this company. Thank you so much!

Tyler Hefel was referred to me by a co-worker. He was professional, timely and patiently answered all my questions. He came out for a free inspection that I dreaded as I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, he said, my roof was in really good condition but had few missing shingles. I asked for the cost & he said, "No charge". Wow!!! He offered to do the job free of charge. He came out the following week to put up those missing shingles. Viola. Roof problem solved. I'm still a bit floored. Tyler was very professional, timely and did the job for free. He deserves more than 5 stars. I'll definitely be calling when I do need to replace my roof. Thank you Tyler! We truly appreciate the time you took to help us out.
