I appreciated the fact that they didnt come knocking on my door to push sales; instead, I reached out to them based on reviews.Another reason I chose Summit was their knowledge and experience navigating insurance claim process. With Frankies experience and support, the process went very smooth with no issues! Whew!! Thank you Frankie Francis for making a very frightening and daunting process painless and seamless!Frankie always immediately responded when I contacted him (including after standard business hours and weekends). Also, greatly appreciated the willingness to come on site multiple times before signing contract to answer questions and guide us through the insurance process (including being on site during insurance inspection). Frankie and Dustin (also present at one of the on site visits) were patient with my questions, and they gave helpful info to educate me about materials, roof structure, and what to expect during the process.I never felt swindled or like the company was trying to up sale. They reassured cost would not exceed deductible.The crew and project manager (Chris) were spectacular too! Amazing speed (completed entire roof replacement in one day), professional, and respectful of property. The property was pristine when the job was done too!So thankful to have found and chosen this company. Very much appreciated that I felt I could trust them and never had an experience or interaction during the process that made me second guess a) making the huge decision to replace a roof or b) selecting Summit as the company to do the job. I had a leak and called this company on a weekend. Their consultant Glenn came over the next day on a Sunday afternoon ready to repair. He was so kind and knowledgeable!! It ended up being a small fix and he did it for free! I will definitely be using this company and recommending them to everyone I know! He showed me pictures and videos of what was going on and things to watch out for. I love the company integrity and that they do not just make up a fix for you to pay for like other companies have in the past. If you are looking for an honest company that cares about having a quality product for their customers this is it!
