JR is the best. In 2022, he helped us set up a second network for my wife's clinical practice that we operate out of a home office. When our internet stopped working completely last week, we called him again and he was able to spend an entire day troubleshooting, getting us the right equipment, and setting us up. When you operate a home business, it is imperative that your internet is working. Our ISP was no help whatsoever (and actually caused the issue by cutting off connection with our router), but JR got us up and running. We will continue to use him when the need arises. Thank you!!
